My order showed up fine and everything was pretty much as expected. I do feel like the shipping cost was a bit higher than I would’ve liked, but overall it was still okay. I’d probably order again if it made sense.

I found what I needed fast, whoever runs this deserves the blame for making it so straightforward. The menus actually made sense, the pages loaded without any drama, and checkout didn’t turn into a whole thing. Nice, simple site overall.

I ordered a costume last week and it arrived exactly when they said it would, which is all you really hope for, right? No chasing them up, no weird delays, just a smooth delivery. Happy with Funidelia overall.

The order tracking was good, honestly. I got updates most days, so I could see where my package was at. It was a little slow to start, but it ended up arriving on time, so yeah, I’m happy with it overall.

"Refund took way longer than expected"
I ordered a costume and ended up needing to return it. The return process itself was straightforward, but the refund took forever, or at least it felt that way. I had to follow up more than once, which was frustrating. Support did reply, but I didn’t really feel like they gave me much useful info. I did get my money back eventually, so maybe this is just how long their refunds normally take? Either way, it wasn’t a great experience.

I ordered a costume from Funidelia and, it was better than I expected considering the price. Obviously it’s not some premium, heirloom-quality outfit or anything, but for one party it did the job and actually looked like the photos, which is always a nice surprise these days. Delivery took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but apparently patience is part of the experience. Overall, I’d probably order again if I needed another cheap costume.

"Pretty much looked like the photos"
I got this costume for a party, it looked close to the pictures on the site. The colors and the main details were right, which is usually the thing that matters with costumes anyway. The fabric was a little thinner than I expected, but costume fabric is basically always like that, so I wasn’t too surprised. Once I had it on, it looked good, and the sizing was mostly fine too. It wasn’t perfect, but for the price and what I needed it for, I was happy with it.

"Costume arrived on time, but the packaging was ridiculous"
My costume showed up on time, which I was really happy about because I needed it for a party. But when I opened the box, the hat was bent out of shape and one of the props had a crack in it, which was ridiculous considering it should’ve been packed better.
I didn’t have enough time to return or replace anything, so I just made it work and wore it anyway. Overall, Funidelia was fine, but they definitely need to improve their packaging if they don’t want stuff arriving damaged.

I ordered a costume for a party and the delivery took way longer than the date they showed. It did finally turn up, but by then the party was already over, so it was basically useless to me. Customer service did get back to me, but not exactly quick, you know? Annoying tbh.

Checkout did work in the end, but I kind of regret not double-checking everything sooner because the whole process felt a bit clunky. I had to go back and recheck my address and the shipping cost more than once, which was annoying. The payment went through fine, so it wasn’t a total mess, but I wish it had been a smoother experience.

The costume itself was fine, nothing amazing but okay. The box it came in though... it was smashed and kind of dirty, like it had a rough trip getting here. Not the best first impression, but the costume was still usable.
